By accessing or using this website or purchasing our product, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or purchasing our product, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or service.

2. Product Description
Your Favorite Life is a digital life design and productivity template built on the Notion platform. To use the product, users must have or create a personal Notion account.

3. One-Time Payment & Access
All purchases are one-time payments. No subscriptions or recurring charges apply. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to duplicate the product into your own Notion workspace.

4. Refunds & Guarantee Police
We offer a conditional 100% money-back guarantee for the Your Favorite Life Transformation product. To qualify for a refund, customers must complete the full 10-Day Life Reset Mini-Course as designed. This includes:
 

• Watching all daily video lessons

• Completing the practical exercises for each day

• Filling out the required sections inside the Your Favorite Life OS (e.g., Purpose, Goals, Time, Habits, etc...)

• Using the AI Coaches and applying the copy/paste prompts provided

• Submitting proof of completion (screenshots or exported pages) if requested

All content, design, videos, graphics, copy, and materials included in Your Favorite Life are the intellectual property of Your Favorite Life. All rights are reserved.

8. Data & Privacy

We use third-party platforms such as Notion and MailerLite to deliver our product and email updates.

9. Limitation of Liability
This product is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or business disruptions resulting from your use of this product or website.

10. Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ponta Delgada, Azores, Portugal.
